Ambassador Ramzi Teymurov attended the opening ceremony of the festival themed "Eurasia Altai Cross-Cultural Encounter" hosted by Seoul Metropolitan Government on September 19, 2017 at Gwanghwamun Plaza, Seoul.

Azerbaijan was represented at the festival with Azerbaijan booth presenting Azerbaijani national dresses, souvenirs, books, magazines and brochures on Azerbaijan history, culture, architecture, tourism, cuisine and etc.
