Delegation led by Deputy Foreign Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elnur Mammadov paid a visit to Mongolia

On February 3-5, the government mission of the Republic of Azerbaijan, led by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Mr. Elnur Mammadov, paid a visit to Mongolia.

During the visit, Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov met with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia, Ms. Batmunkh Battsetseg, Minister of Roads and Transportation, Mr. Delgersikhan Borkhuu, Advisor to the President of Mongolia on Foreign Policy, Mr. Odbayar Erdenetsogt, and President of the National Chamber of Commerce, Mr. Lkhagvajav Tur-Od Nomunkhaan.

Within the framework of the visit, the second political consultatative meeting was held between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia. The meeting was led by Deputy Foreign Minister Elnur Mammadov from the Azerbaijani side, and by State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Mongolia Munkhtshik Lkhanajav from the Mongolian side. 

Also, meetings with high-ranking officials of the relevant state bodies of Mongolia were organized for the other members of the Azerbaijani delegation representing the Ministries of Economy, Energy, Agriculture and Defence Industry of the Republic of Azerbaijan as well as the "AzerGold" Closed Joint-Stock Company. 

During the visit, tours to a number of industrial zones were organized for the members of the mission.
